Understanding Your Innsty Dashboard & Analytics

Your Innsty dashboard gives you a complete overview of your automation performance. Here's how to read it.

Stats Cards

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see four colorful stat cards:

• Accounts — Total connected Instagram accounts and how many are active
• Today — Messages sent today with growth percentage
• This Week — AI-generated responses this week and remaining credits
• Response Rate — Percentage of messages handled automatically with average response time

Activity Charts

Below the stats, you'll find two interactive charts:

• Message Activity — Line chart showing messages over time
• AI Usage — Bar chart showing credits consumed (DMs + Comments)

Use the 7D and 30D buttons to switch between 7-day and 30-day views.

Recent Activity Feed

The "Recent Activity" section shows your latest AI interactions in real-time. Each entry shows:

• Activity type (AI DM, AI Comment, etc.)
• Brief description of what happened
• Time since it occurred

Click "View All" to see detailed logs.

Quick Actions

The sidebar includes shortcuts to frequently used features:

• Manage Accounts — Connect and configure Instagram accounts
• File Manager — Upload media files for auto-replies
• View Usage — Check credits and usage limits
• Upgrade Plan — Get more features

Usage Logs

For detailed AI interaction history, go to any account's AI Settings and click "View Usage Logs". Here you can see:

• Time of each interaction
• Type (DM, Comment, Voice)
• AI model used
• User message and AI response
• Tokens used and credits consumed

Logs are color-coded: green for DMs, blue for comments, purple for voice messages. Errors are highlighted in red.

Using Analytics to Improve

Check your dashboard weekly. Look for patterns: Which days are busiest? Are AI responses consuming more credits than expected? Use these insights to optimize your prompts and auto-reply rules.
