Method 1: Comment Auto-Reply Rules (Keyword-Based)

Perfect for predictable responses to common keywords like "price", "available", or "shipping".

Creating a Comment Rule

1. Go to Accounts and click on your Instagram account
2. Click the "Auto Reply" button
3. Click "Add Rule" and select Post Comments
4. Choose your trigger type (Exact Match, Contains, Starts With, or Regex)
5. Enter your trigger keyword
6. Select your Reply Mode and write your response(s)
7. Save and activate!

Reply Modes Explained

• Public — Reply as a public comment on the post (visible to everyone)
• Private — Send a private DM to the commenter
